Meet the experienced and friendly staff who make Hancock Eye Associates a proud provider of vision care products and services in Greenfield.
RITA – OFFICE MANAGER
Rita joined Hancock Eye Associates in 1986. Her job description includes, but not limited to; insurance filing, problem-solving, accounts payable/receivable and doctor calming. Rita uses her magical touch in beautifying our office windows and display cases. She is a mother and grandmother to one and resides in Greenfield.
MELINDA – FRONT OFFICE MANAGER
Melinda graduated from Indiana University School of Optometry Technology Program in 1996. She joined Hancock Eye Associates in 2000 after moving to Greenfield with her husband. Her primary responsibilities include coordinating eyewear orders with laboratories, frame and contact lens inventories and general office duties.
ALANA – OPTOMETRIC TECHNICIAN
Alana has worked in the optometric field since 1997. She joined Hancock Eye Associates in 2000. Alana specializes in contact lens training, preliminary testing, glaucoma testing, frame selections and anything else we tell her to do. She works well with children and has a lot of patience. Alana resides in Greenfield with her husband, Jim and her 3 boys.
BRITTANY – OPTOMETRIC TECHNICIAN
Brittany began working for Hancock Eye Associates in 2011. As a technician, her duties include but are not limited to pretesting for yearly eye exams, contact lens fitting, frame selection. Brittany is a resident of Hancock County with her husband and son.
ANGIE – OPTOMETRIC TECHNICIAN
Angie has worked in the optometric field since 2013. She joined Hancock Eye Associates in 2020 and specializes in patient care that includes preliminary testing, frame selections, special testing, and much more! Angie moved to Indiana from Florida in 2006. She met her husband here in Indiana and settled down to have a family in Greenfield. Her, her husband, and her son live in Greenfield. Angie loves to go camping with her family on the weekends and loves animals! She has two dogs, two cats, and her son has two guinea pigs.
TAYLOR – OPTOMETRIC TECHNICIAN
Taylor started in the optical world in 2019. She began as an optician, working mainly with frame selections and glasses repairs. She quickly moved on to become a lab tech, working closely with optical labs and filing insurance for glasses. Currently, Taylor is an optometric technician who works with frame selections, preliminary tesint, special testing, contact lens instruction, filing insurance, and ordering glasses. Taylor grew up in Noblesville with her parents and older brother. She now lives in Fishers and spends her free time consuming anything art or music related!
KATIE – OPTOMETRIC TECHNICIAN
Katie was raised in Greenfield, IN. She graduated from Greenfield Central in 2015 and received a bachelor’s degree in Public Safety from IUPUI. She struck an interest in the medical field and is enjoying working at this office and learning everything she can that involves eye care and medical eye care! She currently lives in Greenfield with her soon-to-be husband, Jake, and two beagles, Thor and Loki.
